I was invited to share about Norah’s story and make NorahBeads bracelets at the Northeast Kingdom Community Action Head Start Pre-Service.
These amazing humans dedicate themselves to our families and our children. They have huge hearts and huge impact on our communities and the supports given to our loved ones from an early age on. I’m grateful they are engaged and encouraging mental health and suicide awareness in their conversations.
Mental Health impacts our communities in so many ways. Today we heard about creating a safe space for others to feel heard and to create a culture of connection.
